Last order times for DHL and UPS services:

DHL orders placed before 5pm ET Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.

DHL orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

UPS orders placed before 3pm ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.

UPS orders placed before noon ET Saturday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.

Tracked shipping

All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatch email.

Parcel forwarding services

dubliss is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders shipped to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been shipped to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer a replacement or a refund.

Your delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is up to date in your dubliss Account! We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally give us the wrong delivery address, contact number, or recipient name, we will be unable to refund your order. If you realise you've made a mistake before the order has been processed

Shipping Restrictions to Islamic Countries

Due to legal and cultural restrictions, we do not ship our products to Islamic countries. Adult products are prohibited in these countries, and importing such items may violate local laws and customs regulations.

We strongly advise customers in Islamic countries not to place orders, as we will not be able to fulfill or deliver them.
